Solid Douglas Fir Fireplace Mantel

Each mantel is individually made from solid Douglas Fir, selected for its natural grain and character.

The timber is finished with natural wax, enhancing the grain and warm tones of the wood while retaining a clean, natural appearance.

Because we work with real timber, every mantel will have its own individual grain pattern, knots and colour variations.

Natural Wax Finish

The natural wax finish is what distinguishes this mantel from our darker rustic options.

Floating Mantel Fixing Kit Included

Your fireplace mantel is supplied with its fixing components.

Fixing pack includes:

• Steel anchor bolts
• Concrete injection adhesive
• Wall drilling template

Please ensure the installation method and fixings are appropriate for your particular wall construction and fireplace installation.

Every Riverside Timber Craft mantel is made to order at our workshop in Corr na Móna, County Galway.

Current production time is approximately 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Nationwide delivery is available throughout Ireland.

Collection is also available from our workshop in Corr na Móna, County Galway.

Care Instructions

Your Douglas Fir floating mantel is finished with natural wax for easy maintenance.

Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and occasionally treat with furniture wax to maintain its beautiful finish.

The natural wax finish allows the timber to breathe and develop character over time.

Natural Timber Characteristics

Solid Douglas Fir is a natural material, so every mantel will be different.

Variations in grain and colour along with knots, small cracks, splits and other natural characteristics may be present.
