Refund policy

We hope that you love your order when it arrives, however if you are not happy when you item arrives, we happily accept returns on standard listed items.

Please inform us within 5 working days of delivery that you wish to return your item.

Please return you item unused and in its original condition within 14 days from delivery. 

Once we have received you item back, we will issue a refund for your item (this will not include shipping costs).  

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

If you item arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier. If you have not been at home when the courier delivered your item, do not worry, just send some pictures of the damage and we will sort it.

We do not accept returns on any custom orders, unless it has arrived damaged.
