Every Riverside Timber Craft shelf is individually made by people who work with timber every day.

We make our shelves here in Ireland rather than importing finished shelving from overseas. This also gives us the flexibility to offer different sizes and made to measure options for customers who cannot find the dimensions they need from standard shelving ranges.

Solid Timber Construction

We use carefully selected solid timber chosen for its natural grain, character and strength.

Each piece is kiln dried and finished with natural wax to enhance the appearance of the timber while maintaining the tactile character of real wood.

Because this is natural solid timber, every shelf will be slightly different. Grain patterns, knots and colour variations are part of the character of the wood and mean no two shelves will look exactly the same.

DOWN Bracket Design

This version features our DOWN style metal shelf brackets, positioned underneath the timber shelf.

The visible metal brackets complement the chunky timber and create a strong rustic and industrial appearance.

It's a particularly versatile design for kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and other spaces where you want the shelf itself to become part of the room.

Care Instructions

Your floating shelf is finished with natural wax for easy maintenance.

Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth and occasionally treat with furniture wax to maintain its beautiful finish.

The natural wax finish allows the timber to breathe and develop character over time.
